Prohibited Items

To keep SWAP a safe and trustworthy place to buy, sell, and swap pickleball gear, certain items are not allowed on the Platform. The examples below are illustrative and non-exhaustive — SWAP may remove any listing that it determines, in its discretion, does not belong on the Platform.

Counterfeit and Replica Items

Listings for counterfeit or unauthorized replica paddles and gear are not allowed, including but not limited to items that copy a brand's design, logo, or packaging without authorization.

Stolen Goods

Items that are known or suspected to be stolen may not be listed. We may cooperate with reports from manufacturers, other users, or authorities regarding suspected stolen goods.

Trademark and Brand Violations

Items that infringe a manufacturer's trademarks, or that are misrepresented as being a different brand or model than they actually are, are not allowed, including but not limited to relabeled or rebadged paddles.

Hazardous Items

Items that pose a safety hazard, including but not limited to damaged equipment with sharp or hazardous defects not disclosed in the listing, are not allowed.

Weapons and Unrelated Items

SWAP is a marketplace for pickleball paddles and related gear only. Firearms, weapons, and other items unrelated to pickleball are not permitted on the Platform, including but not limited to general sporting goods unrelated to pickleball.

Reporting a Listing

If you come across a listing that you believe violates this policy, please report it so our team can review it. Listings found to violate this policy will be removed, and repeated violations may lead to account suspension.
